What is User Experience Design Practitioner
This two-day training goes beyond UX fundamentals and focuses on analysing, justifying and validating UX decisions. You will learn how people process information, how to select appropriate research methods, how to turn research data into insights, and how to translate those insights into well-reasoned design decisions.
Using a practical case study, you will work step by step from analysis to information architecture, interaction design and prototyping. You will learn how to balance design decisions across user, business and stakeholder needs, and how to validate assumptions through evaluation and usability research.
The training also covers bias, ethics, AI and responsible design. It is interactive, collaborative and combines theory, discussion and hands-on exercises. By the end of the training, you will be able to make, justify and apply evidence-based UX decisions within Agile and AI-enabled organisations
The course is highly interactive, team-based, and structured from simple to complex tasks. By the end, you will be able to apply UX principles within Agile workflows and have clear steps to embed UX in your projects.

Prerequisites
A basic understanding of UX principles and user-centred design is recommended. If you have limited UX experience, we recommend completing the UX Awareness training first.
