What is Professional Scrum Master
This training is all about Scrum, the most widely used framework for Agile software development. We delve into all aspects of Scrum’s roles, events, and artifacts, as well as requirements, team building, motivation, and scaling of Scrum. One of the success factors of Scrum is an effective Scrum Master. This is the official training from Scrum.org and includes the cost of the global Certified Professional Scrum Master Level I (PSM I) assessment.
