What is AI-Native Foundations
Artificial Intelligence is transforming every industry. In this hands-on AI-Native Foundations course, you will learn how to thrive in the Age of AI by combining AI literacy with practical application. You will explore how AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agents work, and how to use them responsibly in your daily work.
Beyond understanding the technology, you will learn how successful professionals and organizations become AI-Native by embedding AI into decision-making, collaboration, innovation, and business processes. Through practical exercises, you will redesign a real workflow, identify opportunities for business value, use AI as a thought partner, and create a personal roadmap for AI adoption.
By the end of the course, you will be able to confidently use AI to improve productivity, enhance creativity, accelerate learning, support better decisions, and help your organization realize measurable value from AI investments.
This course is Scaled Agile’s official AI-Native training and is delivered by certified trainers. The AI-Native Foundations exam is included in the course. The cost of the exam is included in the course price. You will take this online exam at a time and place of your choosing, provided it is within 60 days of the course. You have two attempts to pass the exam. We always use the letest (English-language) AI-Native training materials from Scaled Agile.

During the course, participants work with AI tools in practical exercises.
