What is GenAI for UX-professionals
Generative AI is changing the work of UX professionals. This training is designed for experienced UX professionals who want to use GenAI effectively and responsibly in their day-to-day practice. It is not an introductory AI course and does not focus solely on prompting techniques or tools.
You will explore how GenAI can support user research, analysis, ideation, content creation and wireframing. You will also learn how to critically evaluate AI-generated output, recognise assumptions, identify hallucinations and make informed design decisions.
Using a realistic end-to-end case study, you will work with accessible AI tools and apply GenAI across different stages of the UX process. Particular attention is given to human judgement, trust, transparency and explainability.
The training also covers topics such as copyright, the European AI Act, Value-Sensitive Design, sustainability and ethical decision-making. As a result, you will learn not only what AI can do, but also when and why it should be used.
Our trainers combine hands-on experience with current industry insights and demonstrate how GenAI can become a valuable partner throughout the UX process.
