What is Introduction to SAFe
This half-day Introduction to SAFe course provides a structured overview of the Scaled Agile Framework and how it enables business agility through Lean, Agile, and DevOps.
Participants will:
- Understand the purpose, structure, and usage of SAFe
- Learn the Lean-Agile mindset, core values, and principles
- Explore the five SAFe disciplines, including Team & Technical Agility and Lean Portfolio Management
- Gain insight into Agile Teams, Agile Release Trains (ARTs), and key roles
- Discover product development flow, customer centricity, and continuous delivery
- Get familiar with key events such as PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt
- Understand how strategy, portfolio, and execution are aligned
The course combines theory with practical examples and guidance, helping participants apply SAFe concepts to improve collaboration, value delivery, and organizational performance.
