What is BCS Foundation in Business Analysis
The ‘BCS Foundation in Business Analysis’ training is designed for those who are keen to get certified in the domain of Business Analysis. This training provides you with the necessary tools and techniques to pass the Foundation exam. You will learn to translate your business analysis knowledge into the techniques described in the book ‘Business Analysis (Fourth edition)’. This book uses the Business Analysis Service Framework (BASF) as the basis for Business Analysis. The exam focuses on the relationship of Business Analysis techniques with BASF, the theoretical aspects of the described techniques, and the theoretically correct naming. Techniques such as PESTLE, Porter’s Five Forces, POPIT, VMOST, Context Diagram, and Class Diagram are part of the exam. This training is a stepping stone towards achieving the International Diploma in Business Analysis.
