What is Large Solution SAFe
Modern enterprises increasingly deliver solutions that span hundreds or thousands of people, multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs), suppliers, technologies and business units. The Large Solution SAFe course provides the knowledge and practices needed to coordinate these complex delivery ecosystems effectively.
You will learn how to organize large solutions around value, reduce dependencies, and align Solution Trains, Value Stream Networks and external partners toward shared outcomes. The course covers roadmap alignment, large-scale planning and synchronization, solution vision and intent, Lean Systems Engineering, architecture, compliance, governance and supplier collaboration.
Through practical simulations and real-world scenarios, participants learn how to establish shared roadmaps, coordinate delivery across multiple teams, integrate compliance into Agile ways of working, and build strong partnerships with strategic suppliers.

This course is the official SAFe course and is delivered by certified trainers. The SAFe Large Solution SAFe Practitioner (LSSP) certification exam is included in the course. The cost of the exam is part of the course price. You will take this online exam at a time and place of your own choice, but within 60 days of the course. In the Scaled Agile online learning environment, you will have access to an e-learning prior to attending the course and to the digital workbook that accompanies the course. You can also use this environment to take a practice test (mock exam). If this is your first SAFe training, a one-year membership to SAFe Studio is included. Through SAFe Studio, you have access to all articles of the SAFe-framework, SAFe Copilot, e-learnings, videos, discussion forums, toolkits and templates. We always use the latest training materials from Scaled Agile.
