What is Architecture Fundamentals
This course is an introduction in the world of architecture, applicable to both agile and traditional environments. We explore IT concepts such as services, infrastructure, and integration from an architectural perspective, along with analysis methods like business model canvas, customer journeys, and stakeholder management. You’ll gain insights into the role of an architect and how they interact with agile teams and stakeholders. You’ll also get an overview of current architecture methods like TOGAF and Archimate, and agile frameworks like SAFe. This course is a steppingstone towards understanding the world of architecture and architects, and possibly taking the next step towards a role as an architect. It also provides a solid foundation for further training in TOGAF, Archimate, DEMO, SAFe for architects, Architecture in agile context (practitioner), Open Agile Architecture, and Enterprise Design.
