What does a start guarantee mean?

A start guarantee means that the training will take place on the scheduled start date, regardless of the number of participants. Only in exceptional circumstances, such as trainer illness or force majeure, may the training be postponed or cancelled. In such cases, we will inform participants as soon as possible and offer a suitable alternative.
