Classroom, online, blended and in-company
At Capgemini Academy you learn in the way that suits you. Do you prefer classroom training, online or a combination of the two (blended)? You can follow most training courses in-company: within your own organization. We use a variety of tools to make learning even more fun and effective. Consider videos, games, quizzes, webinars and case studies, for example. And you can always contact your trainer with any questions.
What is AI-Native Value Architect
In this two-day, hands-on course, you learn to guide AI initiatives from the first signal to an evidence-based production and investment decision. You step into the AI-Native Value Architect role, connecting business, technology, users, risk, and governance. Through simulations and one end-to-end case, you apply the AI-Native Solution Lifecycle: Sense, Discover, Design, and Deliver. You learn to unlock value from existing AI tools, coach adoption, align stakeholders and decision rights, and turn technical, commercial, and human or ethical risks into design choices. You create an AI Risk Council, Alignment Brief, Value Blueprint, verdict, 90-Day Implementation Tracker, and personal roadmap. The course helps you move AI pilots beyond proof of concept, redesign workflows, expose total cost and measurable value, and communicate success convincingly. You leave ready to guide cross-functional teams toward responsible, scalable AI outcomes.
This course is Scaled Agile’s official AI-Native training and is delivered by certified trainers. The AI-Native Value Architect exam is included in the course. The cost of the exam is included in the course price. You will take this online exam at a time and place of your choosing, provided it is within 60 days of the course. You have two attempts to pass the exam. We always use the letest (English-language) AI-Native training materials from Scaled Agile.
