What is Functional Management in daily practice

The field of Functional Management is developing rapidly. Nowadays, there are Functional Managers in many forms: from application-focused specialists to versatile generalists. What unites them is one central goal: ensuring that information is safe and accurate when it needs to be available.

The training lasts five days. During the training, you will receive practical tools to immediately apply theory and tools in your own work environment. During the training, you will actively work with these.
