Agile in a day (NL)
What is Agile in a day
In one day we give you an overview of Agile in its full breadth. We start with the history of Lean, the New New Product Development Game research, the Agile Manifesto and its 12 principles and the agile application areas.
Then it is time to experience the agile way of working in a simulation game.
Then we pay attention to agile frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe and we play a Kanban game. We conclude with an overview of DevOps.
Who should attend Agile in a day
This training is valuable for anyone who wants to gain a good insight into Lean, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban and DevOps and their mutual cohesion in one day.
Because the training is broad and we do not go into depth, the training is especially interesting if you are still “blank” on these topics
