What is UX Foundations: Analysis, Design and Practical Application
This two-day course is an alternative to the UX Awareness one-day training, offering deeper insights and hands-on experience. You will not only understand what UX is and why it matters, but also learn how to apply UX principles directly to your own context.
You will practice preparing and conducting interviews, analysing results, and performing a basic market analysis. Based on these insights, you will create a GAP analysis and design wireframes that address identified issues. Next, you will test your designs with peers, incorporate feedback, and produce an improved version. In addition, you will learn how to involve users in testing and apply these techniques in practice.
Finally, you will create a next steps action plan to ensure that great ideas do not end up forgotten but are implemented effectively.
The course is highly interactive, team-based, and structured from simple to complex tasks. By the end, you will be able to apply UX principles within Agile workflows and have clear steps to embed UX in your projects.
