What is Introduction FAIR

This course introduces participants to the FAIR methodology: a structured, multidisciplinary approach to developing responsible, scalable, and legally sound IT solutions. FAIR stands for Framework for Agile, Innovative & Responsible IT development. The training explores the six core principles of FAIR (law, ethics, social, technology, transparency, agility, inclusivity, independence, and scalability) and how they guide decision-making throughout the IT development lifecycle. Participants will learn how FAIR integrates scientific research, agile practices, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure that new technologies are not only innovative but also ethically and legally robust. The course also explains how FAIR complements frameworks like SAFe.

As technology evolves rapidly, organizations face increasing pressure to innovate responsibly. The FAIR methodology offers a proven framework to embed legal, ethical, social, and technological considerations into every step of IT development. This training helps professionals understand how to apply FAIR principles in real-world projects, ensuring that innovations are not only effective but also trustworthy and compliant.

The expertise of our trainers adds a practical dimension to the theoretical concepts, providing real-world insights and best practices. Whether you’re working in the public sector, tech development, or policy, this course equips you with the tools to lead responsible innovation.
