Classroom, online, blended and in-company
At Capgemini Academy you learn in the way that suits you. Do you prefer classroom training, online or a combination of the two (blended)? You can follow most training courses in-company: within your own organization. We use a variety of tools to make learning even more fun and effective. Consider videos, games, quizzes, webinars and case studies, for example. And you can always contact your trainer with any questions.
Agile certification
Many of our training courses lead to or prepare for official certification. The Agile Program Management training courses align seamlessly with the internationally recognized Agile Program Management Foundation (APMG) exam. The Professional Agile Leadership training courses serve as preparation for the PAL exam.
Upon completion, many of our training courses lead to official certification and/or the award of a digital badge from Capgemini Academy – so that participants can show the experience they have gained at any time. You can find more information about this on the training course detail pages.
Agile in depth
Agile working is ultimately about creating a flexible structure in which teams make decisions independently and work iteratively and incrementally on products or services. The approach starts by defining a shared vision for a project or product and establishing a backlog that prioritizes tasks with the highest value to the customer.
Teams divide the work into short cycles, called sprints or iterations, delivering a working product or tangible improvement at the end of each cycle.
Feedback plays a central role in Agile: after each iteration, teams evaluate the process and results to learn and make course corrections. Tools such as Kanban boards, daily starts and retrospectives are used to encourage transparency and communication.
Wherever Agile is paramount, a culture of continuous improvement arises in which bottlenecks are addressed immediately and collaborative solutions are devised.
Agile methods provide latitude for experimenting and innovation. Teams are encouraged to test new ideas and to respond rapidly to changes in requirements or circumstances. This way, work remains not only efficient, but also relevant and aligned with the needs of clients and users.
Customized training courses for projects and organizations
Above all, Agile is an integral working method. In order to achieve a successful Agile transformation, the entire organization must be involved. Capgemini Academy offers customized solutions that align with your specific needs. Get in touch with us to discuss the possibilities.
