What is Working in Projects
In today’s fast-paced world, the number of projects within companies is on the rise. It’s often unclear to employees what working in a project involves and how to balance it with their daily work. This course provides the basic knowledge and skills needed for project-based work. You’ll learn how to design and set up a project, translate a client’s question into an assignment, create a plan, and report on progress. Topics include the rationale and process of a project, success and failure factors, the importance of business justification, stakeholders, project organization, project management within waterfall and Agile methods, conducting client interviews, defining assignments, planning activities, leadership styles, time management, and systematic work from start to finish.
with our team of experienced practitioners, you’ll bridge the gap between theory and real-world application. They’ll share practical insights and best practices, ensuring the training is both engaging and effective.
