In a rapidly changing world, having clear requirements for your solution is crucial. Requirements are the common thread in the change process, continually revisited. How can you approach this in a structured way? After this training, you will understand the requirements process. You will gain insights and work in groups on the scope and drafting of various types of requirements using an integral case. You will practice the main techniques and understand what is needed to elicit, trace, formulate SMART, capture, and review requirements.
