The MSP® Foundation course is a comprehensive course designed to equip you with the principles, themes, and processes of the MSP® method for program management. This course helps you break down complex change processes into manageable projects and other activities. With MSP you can define a vision for your program, shape and control your program. This is all supported by a set of principles, processes and themes that have been developed based on years of experience in Program Management. The MSP 5th edition from Axelos is fully compatible with other methodologies and frameworks such as PRINCE2® and PRINCE2 Agile ®, making it a versatile tool in the world of program and project management.
