What is Functional Management for professionals (VFB®)
The field of Functional Application Management is currently developing rapidly. Nowadays, there are Functional Application Managers in many shapes and sizes, from application-oriented specialists to broad-based generalists, but they all have one primary goal: to provide a reliable, agile, scalable, and innovative information system for the entire organization. The program has a duration of five days and consists of ten modules of a half-day. Each module provides participants with concrete tools to translate theory and tools directly into practice. During the training, the participants work on this. Below is a brief overview of the modules:
