What is Define & Refine Use Cases
Use cases are applicable in both waterfall projects, iterative projects, and agile environments. They are used to define, detail, and document requirements, provide a detailed narrative of how users will interact with a system and acts as a communication tool between stakeholders. If you want to understand the relationship between user stories and use cases, learn how to write use cases, to create use case diagrams, draw up activity models, and learn best practices, then this training is for you. This group training teaches you interactively, using a practical case, to define and document use cases. There is ample attention to communication skills during the tuning, writing, and presentation of the exercises.
Our trainers bring a wealth of practical experience to the theoretical concepts, offering real-world insights and best practices. This training will empower you to effectively define and document use cases, making you an indispensable asset in any project environment.
