What is Advanced Facilitator: Value Stream Mapping (micro-credential)
Value Stream Management (VSM) is rapidly gaining momentum as a proven approach to optimize the product development lifecycle. As interest grows, so does the need for facilitators equipped with th right knowledge, examples and tools.
This SAFe Micro-credentials course offers a focused and flexible learning experience. It equips Agile leaders and coaches with the tools to confidently facilitate a Value Stream Workshop.
Micro-credentials from Scaled Agile offer short, focused learning opportunities based on practical examples. A self-directed e-learning (approximately 1 hour) and a facilitated live session help you put all the theory into practice.
Participants receive a micro-credential badge, issued bij Scaled Agile to demonstrate their competence , without requiring an annual renewal.

SPCs, RTEs, Agile Coaches, or anyone preparing to facilitate the Value Stream Mapping Workshop.
Prerequisites
Experience with and/or knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework. Participants need to finish the e-learning before visiting the live session.
