What is Advanced Facilitator: Conflict & Collaboration
Implementing SAFe brings people together in new roles, structures, and ways of working. These changes often challenge existing processes and can lead to friction. Conflict is a natural part of collaboration—especially when diverse perspectives, values, and approaches come into play.
High-performing teams know how to navigate these moments. Skilled facilitators play a key role in recognizing, managing, and resolving conflict to keep collaboration productive and focused.
With the micro-credential course “Advanced Facilitator: Conflict & Collaboration”, participants develop strong facilitation and conflict management skills, so teams can unlock greater creativity, alignment, and impact.
Micro-credentials from Scaled Agile offer short, focused learning opportunities based on practical examples. A self-directed e-learning (approximately 1 hour) and a facilitated live session help you put all the theory into practice.
Participants receive a micro-credential badge, issued bij Scaled Agile to demonstrate their competence , without requiring an annual renewal.
