What is Advanced SAFe Practice Consultant

Advance your impact as an SPC with a certification path designed for sustainable transformation.

This certification empowers experienced SAFe® Practice Consultants (SPCs) to lead lasting change by deepening their expertise in areas such as leadership enablement, Lean Portfolio Management (LPM), and building a culture of continuous improvement through coaching.

You follow a blended learning journey that integrates self-paced study, expert facilitation, and peer collaboration—enabling you to progressively develop and validate your skills. The program culminates in the Learning Lab, a hands-on, scenario-based session that challenges learners to apply key concepts in real-world contexts.

Upon successful completion of all modules and the certification exam, you earn the Advanced SPC credential—recognizing your readiness to guide enterprise-level agility with confidence and clarity.

Advanced SPC certification path:

  • 1 Self-paced e-learning module: A one-hour self-paced e-learning on writing effective OKRs to

drive alignment, prioritization, and accountability across teams.

  • 4 Facilitated modules: Facilitated half-day sessions focusing on topics including educating and supporting leadership, and cultivating a culture of relentless improvement.
  • Learning Lab: A small group session allowing learners to complete case-studybased scenarios to consolidate what they have learned through real-world application.

This training includes a voucher for the official, internationally recognized exam. The costs of the exam voucher are included in the price of the training.
