What is Scrum Master
Scrum is the most popular framework for Agile work. Despite the simplicity of the Scrum framework, its practical application can be challenging. A key success factor of Scrum is an effective Scrum Master. In this training, we use the Scrum Guide to learn Scrum, focusing on the Scrum Master role. We will explore team building, motivation, and scaling Scrum. We will also provide practical tools and discuss common real-life situations to help you become a successful Scrum Master. Before the course, you follow our e-learning Scrum Basics and study the Scrum Guide. After completing the training, you can take the online worldwide accredited Professional Scrum Master level I (PSM I) assessment of Scrum.org at your convenience. We provide sample questions to practice for this assessment at the end of the training. This is our own Scrum Master training, which is especially useful if you already have some (theoretical) knowledge of Scrum. We also offer the more extensive two-day official Professional Scrum Master training from Scrum.org.
Ever wondered why you should train as a Scrum Master? Our trainers, with their wealth of expertise, bring theoretical concepts to life by sharing real-world insights and best practices. This training is not just about learning; it’s about empowering you with the skills and knowledge you need to effectively implement Scrum in your organization and steer your team towards success.
