What is DevOps Xperience
The DevOps Xperience is an engaging Lego game that provides participants with a hands-on opportunity to learn about DevOps. Over several sprints, teams collaborate to build a zoo complete with animals, enclosures, and facilities. The game incorporates all Scrum events and is guided by a Product Owner who seeks to maximize value. After the game, participants reflect on their experiences, align them with theoretical concepts, and consider their own professional situations.
