What is Managing Successful Programmes (MSP®) Practitioner
Managing Successful Programmes, or MSP®, is a part of the Axelos portfolio of Best Practice guidelines, just like PRINCE2®. It provides a governance model for programmes and connects seamlessly to PRINCE2®. If you have already earned your MSP® Foundation certification and gained knowledge and experience with MSP® programme management, you can easily join our Managing Successful Programmes Practitioner training. The main objective is to enable you to apply the method in practice. This training prepares you for the MSP® 5th edition Practitioner Exam. We carefully go through the method, practice applying the methodology on scenarios and real-life situations, and practice the style of questions (Objective Test) of the MSP® Practitioner exam. The application of the MSP® knowledge is key during the training. Your personal examples and experiences are necessary to increase the understanding of the applicability of the method.
Training in MSP® not only enhances your theoretical understanding but also provides practical insights and best practices, thanks to the expertise of our trainers.
