This training is for anyone who finds themselves dealing with stakeholders (or groups of stakeholders) who you need to be involved in what you are trying to achieve. You’ll be presented with several practical techniques you can immediately apply to identify stakeholders and analyze their roles and influence. We’ll also cover developing an effective stakeholder engagement strategy. You’ll also have the opportunity to practice the various techniques during the training.
