Can I cancel or change the date of my enrollment for a course?
As a client you have the right to cancel a course. Canceling a course needs to happen per letter or e-mail. When canceling, it’s important to know that the cancelation date is the date on which Capgemini Academy receives your cancelation. Changing dates to attend a course is seen as cancelation of one course and enrollment to another. For more information please check our terms of use. As a client you have the right to change an attendant with another attendant for the course, but only if this change happens before start of the course. There are no charges for such changes. Changing the date of an individual course is free of charge for a maximum of five times rescheduling one date. For all other days you wish to reschedule, costs will be charged.
