What is SAFe Business Owner (micro-credential)
This focused, one-day training gives starting and more experienced Business Owners a practical framework for the five key responsibility areas:
- engaging with Lean Portfolio Management
- aligning priorities and PI Planning
- realizing business outcomes
- sponsoring relentless improvement
- leading by example
Micro-credentials from Scaled Agile offer short, focused learning opportunities based on practical examples. There is no pre-course work and participants leave the course with takeaways that can be immediately applied to their teams, ARTs and portfolios.
Participants receive a micro-credential badge, issued bij Scaled Agile to demonstrate their competence as a SAFe Business Owner, without requiring an exam or an annual renewal.
