International Business Analysis with BPMN Bootcamp
Are you involved in making processes more efficient and effective? Do you wish to use a widely accepted standard for describing processes? In this boot camp you will, in collaboration with your co-learners, model, analyze and improve processes. The practical approach, using analysis techniques and BPMN tools in process analysis, enhances the transfer of the learning topics to your own working environment.
BPMN or Business Process Modeling Notation is the notation standard for modeling and communicating about business processes. The primary goal of BPMN is to provide a notation that is readily understandable by all business users, from the business analysts that create the initial drafts of the processes, to the technical developers responsible for implementing the technology that will perform those processes, and finally, to the business people who will manage and monitor those processes (source: OMG).

Didactical approach
This training focuses on personally performing and experiencing the steps and techniques required to make the transition from the current process structure to the future process structure. This experience is gained in the making of exercises in small groups based on a main real live case and some smaller specific cases. The exercises include executing an actual workshop to elicit suggestions for process improvement and a ‘BPM game’ in which participants cooperate to completely optimize the execution time and costs of an organizational process. Participants apply BPMN in exercises using BPMN compliant tooling.
Exercises are alternated with short introductory presentations. The many opportunities to exchange experiences with trainers and other participants make these presentations and exercises even more valuable.
Entry level
Participants are expected to have prior knowledge of BPM at the level of the BPM Orientation course.
