International Business Analysis Bootcamp
In this intensive five day training course you will get acquainted with the full scope of the business analysis discipline and you will acquire practical skills in the requirements analysis domain. Business Analysis is about the (re)arranging of business processes in such a way that these processes support the objectives of the organization. This means that the needs of the business should be recognized, and that these needs should be translated toward workable solutions and an implementation approach for these.
The boot camp starts with a thorough introduction to the BA domain by means of knowledge transfer and exercises based on practical cases. In the next part you will learn how to deal with requirements and how establish requirements for a solution to a business problem. You will gain insight in the requirements management process and you will learn how to prepare different types of requirements. In addition, you will discover the importance of formulating SMART.

- Creating and presenting the business case
- Accepting the business case: user acceptance testing, managing the implementation of change, realizing business benefits
- Case Study: a simulated business analysis assignment
